Under the background of China's vigorous advocacy of building industry industrialization and green architecture,with the continuous improvement of China's energy conservation and environmental protection standards,China's assembly architecture ushered in an opportunity for development.The ZhuZong Group was established in1983.After many years of development,it has now developed into a large-scale enterprise group that combines Jijian Construction,real estate development,and modern services.Although the company has achieved certain results in recent years,the gap with its competitors has also been increasing.How to grasp the development opportunities of the current assembly architecture,adopt a suitable construction development strategy,narrow the gap between the residence group and similar competitors,and even "curve overtaking" is the theme of this article's exploration.Firstly,it analyzes the environment of the assembly construction industry.The paper introduces the present situation and the existing strategy of the housing group in the industrialization of assembly architecture.Using PEST model and Porter force model to analyze the external environment of the development of the assembly architecture of the company,it is concluded that the current external environment is beneficial to the development of the assembly architecture of the company.Using the enterprise value chain to analyze the internal advantages and disadvantages of the development of the assembly architecture of the company,it is concluded that the current internal environment of the company is also beneficial to the development of the assembly architecture of the company.Secondly,the SWOT analysis table is formed by combining the opportunities and threats of the external environment and the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment,and the strategy of the SWOT analysis table is briefly described.Select experts to use the QSPM matrix to score the strategies formed in the SWOT analysis table;In order to avoid the omission of the strategy,experts will be consulted again on the two strategies with low strategic scores.After reviewing and evaluating,five strategies will be selected as the strategy for thedevelopment of the assembly architecture industrialization of the company.Finally,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of the strategy implementation,and escort the implementation of the strategy of industrial construction of assembly building of the group through technical guarantee,financial guarantee,manpower management guarantee and cluster garden construction guarantee.This paper can be used as an analysis case to provide some reference for similar enterprises.At the same time,it can also enrich the achievements of the strategic area of industrial development of assembly architecture.
