With the continuous development of modern industry,belt conveyors have gradually become an important part of the transportation and production process in China.The roller is an important part of the conveyor.It supports the operation of the whole conveyer.It structure and roundness have an important influence on the reliability of the conveyor.Measurement of cylinder roundness is of great significance.The application of single chip microcomputer in industrial control can form various control system and data acquisition system.The advantages are simple and convenient,easy to control,low cost,low consumption,high integration.Single-chip microcomputer is very practical.By using advanced accuracy design concept,the on-line measuring system for cylinder roundness structure is designed.To solve the problem of cylinder roundness error mainly based on artificial measurement.By studying the modern accuracy ensuring theory and technique,the high level's analysis of total error source of it on-line measuring system for cylinder roundness is processed.The uncertainty calculating formula is deduced.The reasonable error distributing and design are done according to the given accuracy target.The precision design results meet the requirements of the cylinder roundness on-line detection system.According to the Nyquist sampling theorem and other methods,the sampling points are determined,the error evaluation algorithm of the optimized least square method is adopted,the program of data saving and transferring and the software design of the error algorithm are written on the Lab VIEW platform.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of the cylinder roundness on-line measuring system.Some problems such as experimental verification supported by existing conditions,data acquisition and error evaluation,display in Lab VIEW interface,are carried out.The theory of data linearization processing in detail.Figure[39] Table[6] Reference[50]...
