Concrete-filled steel tubular bracket column is a composite structure formed by welding or riveting the steel corbel to the concrete-filled steel tubular column.Concrete-filled steel tubular bracket column has widely been used in the construction of industrial buildings and highway bridges.At present,scholars at home and abroad have have fully studied the concrete filled steel tubular columns under eccentric compression,the research on concrete filled steel tubular corbel columns was relatively less.Therefore,this paper studied the mechanical properties of concrete filled steel tubular bracket columns,which has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.In this paper,the mechanical properties of concrete filled steel tubular bracket columns under eccentric compression were studied through experimental research and finite element analysis,and the stress characteristics of steel bracket welded on the column were analyzed.The main work:(1)By the eccentric compression test of concrete filled steel tube bracket column,and the load-displacement curve and load-strain curve were drawn,The test results show that the bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tubular bracket columns decreases with the increase of eccentricity and aspect ratio.(2)The bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tubular bracket columns was calculated by standard,and the results deviate greatly from the test results.The eccentricity influence coefficient was modified according to the standard formula and test data,and the calculation formula of eccentric compression bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube bracket column was established.(3)The finite element model of concrete filled steel tube bracket column was established by using finite element software.The failure mode,ultimate bearing capacity and load-displacement curves of the numerical simulation were compared with the experimental results,which verifies the accuracy of the finite element model.The stress process of concrete filled steel tube bracket column under eccentric compression was analyzed through numerical simulation,and the law of stress variation with loading process of external steel tube and core concrete was obtained.(4)Analyzed the steel bracket of by using the established finite element model of concrete filledsteel tubular corbel column.The influence rules of web height,thickness and loading position on bracket force and bearing capacity were respectively obtained.Through the research of steel bracket,the reasonable selection range of shear span ratio,height-width ratio and width-thickness ratio of bracket of concrete filled steel tubular bracket column were determined,which are 0-0.8,1.4-2.2 and 0.15-0.2,respectively.The bracket design formula of concrete filled steel tubular bracket column was established.
