With the rapid development of the fifth generation mobile communication technology,the application scenario of UAV has been greatly expanded.The popularity of consumer UAV makes the phenomenon of black flight of UAV more serious and poses a major challenge to national airspace security.Starting from the field of radio electromagnetic signal monitoring technology,this thesis studies the UAV signal monitoring technology based on radio electromagnetic signal monitoring technology.The main research contents of this thesis include extracting the characteristics of UAV electromagnetic signals,detecting technology based on the characteristics of electromagnetic signals,and estimating the direction of arrival angle of multiple UAVs in airspace.In order to monitor whether there are illegal UAV signals in the area,this paper studies in two directions,including low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)UAV electromagnetic signal feature enhancement algorithm and signal detection algorithm based on UAV electromagnetic signal bandwidth and gradient characteristics.Firstly,an improved algorithm based on mean mode decomposition in extreme range is proposed.After several iterations,the bandwidth and gradient information of UAV signal submerged in strong noise are extracted.The simulation results show that the algorithm can satisfy the requirement of smooth processing of UAV signal sequence in frequency domain under strong environmental noise interference.Using the extracted electromagnetic features,the training set and test set are constructed.The two-class signal detection algorithm based on integrated learning is used to detect whether illegal drone signals appear in specific airspace.After algorithm simulation,the technical solution proposed in this paper can be Real-time monitoring of drone signals in a measured environment.In order to monitor the number of illegal drone signals appearing in the area and find the number of illegal drone signals and the direction of the incoming wave,this paper uses the multi-antenna array to receive the signal model in the impulse noise scene,based on the cyclostationary characteristics of the signal.An improved cyclic cross-correlation multi-signal classification algorithm.After calculating the autocorrelation matrix of each channel of the array receiving antenna,the cyclic cross-correlation matrix of each channel is calculated.After the arithmetic fusion,the number of illegal UAVs in the area and the direction of arrival of the array antenna are obtained by matrix decomposition and power spectrum peak search.Finally,the research work of this paper is summarized and the future research work is prospected.
