In the heating system,heat exchange station is very important,because it's the bridge and link between user and heat source.The level of heat exchange station's control is directly related to heat consumption,quality and safety of the heating system.With the rapid development of automatic control equipment and people's attention to energy saving,how to reduce the heat consumption while keeping the rooms warm and comfortable have become an important issue.In this paper,the research object is a heat exchange station in Xinji city.Through the analysis of it's process,characteristics and operation requirements,this paper first points out the importance and benefits of load forecasting,put forward the heat exchange station control system based on PLC hardware solutions.Relying on the data from this heat exchange station of November 2017 to March 2018,the author takes the highest temperature,the lowest temperature,the wind,the rain and the previous day's heat load as input variables,uses BP neural network and PSO-BP neural network to predict the heat load.The simulation show that the prediction results of PSO-BP neural network are more accurate,and the error can be controlled within 1%.Finally,combined with the hardware foundation and requirements of the heat exchanger station control system,this paper proposes a heat exchanger station control strategy based on load forecasting,which can adjust the operating status following load changes,trying to supply heat on demand.For the convenience of users,the PLC was programmed with Step 7 programming software,and the WinCC HMI configuration software was used to program the host computer.
