The thermostat bath is used for the performance test of temperature measurement and the verification of temperature instruments.The accuracy of temperature control and the performance of temperature field determine the quality of measurement.At p resent,most thermostat baths produced at home and abroad are simple in structure a nd traditional in form.In the process of temperature control,the temperature field is not uniform,the temperature fluctuation is large,the efficiency of temperature control is low,the accuracy is poor,and the measurement characteristics are not ideal.In o rder to meet the requirements of national regulations,improve the accuracy of tempe rature control and improve the measurement performance of temperature field,this pa per analyses the working principle and structure of traditional thermostat bath,design s a high-precision thermostat bath based on the structure of traditional thermostat,an d tests its measurement characteristics of temperature field.Finally,the test results ar e analyzed.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Design the whole structure of the standard thermostat bath.Firstly,the workin g principle and structure of the thermostat bath are analyzed,and the structure of th e thermostat bath is determined.Secondly,in part of the structure design,the innova tive design of the inner tube structure of the thermostat bath is emphasized.The ne w inner tube structure makes the medium mixing more uniform,circulation more full y,and improves the temperature control accuracy of the thermostat bath.The innovat ive design of the medium circulation system of the thermostat bath improves the effi ciency of the medium circulation by using the structure of oil pump,shortens the ve rification time and reduces the manpower and material.Consumption of power.(2)Discuss the existing temperature control methods,using an improved PID cont rol algorithm,that is,in the process of temperature control,using differential PID al gorithm to control temperature.Thus,the high precision and automatic temperature c ontrol of the thermostat bath can be realized,the quality of temperature control of the thermostat bath can be improved,and the level of product verification can be improv ed.(3)Build three-dimensional model by Solid Works software,and draw drawings to produce prototype.After the prototype is manufactured,the temperature measurement performance of the thermostat is tested,and the stability of the temperature field is 0.011 ℃/10 min;the uniformity of the temperature field is the maximum temperature difference of 0.0034 ℃ on the horizontal surface of the working area;the maximu m temperature difference of 0.0020 ℃ on the horizontal surface of the working area;and the maximum temperature difference of the working area is 0.0034℃.The data conform to the requirements of national regulations and specifications,and are super ior to similar products.(4)Evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement results of temperature stability an d volatility of high-precision thermostatic bath,and the evaluation results meet the re quirements of national regulations and specifications.which makes the measurement l evel of the thermostat bath credible and has important guiding significance for later production,processing and product upgrading. |
