A large number of researchers have studied the trenchless technology of municipal pipe network widely,and the research and exploration in this field are profound.However,there are few studies on the construction technology of static fracturing pipe in urban pipe network.Although there are extensive researches on the construction method of static fracturing pipe at home and abroad,there are still many unsolved problems.Combining with the actual construction site,according to the method of the pipe has the problems were analyzed,and through the research method of pipe to the present situation of the application of construction method,the method to study the present situation and research progress were summarized,the problems existing in the trenchless technology is put forward and the pipe construction there may be a problem.In the process of analysis and research,the working principle of static pressure split pipe system(hydraulic split pipe)is described in detail.At the same time,the causes of plastic deformation of soil are analyzed,and the mechanical mechanism of extrusion and expansion process of expanding pipe head is explained.Based on the introduction of engineering background,the process principle and construction method of static fracturing pipe method are described in detail.We introduced the finite element calculation principle of the static fracturing pipe method,determined the finite element calculation method,and deeply studied the mechanical mechanism of ground uplift caused by the static fracturing pipe construction.After the formation of the system analysis method,we began to study the buried depth of the pipeline and the soil properties around the pipeline.Using the same analytical method,the paper studies the perturbation of adjacent structures caused by the split-pipe method,which is divided into the perturbation of adjacent pipeline construction and the perturbation of split-pipe construction to adjacent structural foundation.And has carried on the spot test comparison analysis.The details are as follows:(1)combining with the actual construction characteristics of yubei airport new city rain sewage pipe network reconstruction project.Of pipe caused by use of ANSYS software,the influence of environment and tension variation law in the process of tube expanding head into the three dimensional finite element analysis,the soil and the old pipe network assumed to the ideal elastic-plastic body,at the same time in the process of the numerical simulation by finite element method considering expansion pipe head,theold pipe and soil system,the function of both tube expanding into process through to the front of the head set up to simulate the longitudinal displacement,the size of the tension can be the constraint reaction and to calculate the below.The simulation results are compared with the measured results.(2)analyze the mechanical mechanism of the static fracturing pipe method,study the ground uplift under different soil properties,and find out the laws between and the development trend within a certain range.(3)by taking the large value of ground uplift as 10 mm control value,the corresponding critical value of buried depth of pipeline and elastic modulus of soil was calculated to obtain the corresponding critical value,so that the critical value of elastic modulus of overlying soil and the critical value of elastic modulus of overlying soil should be paid attention to during construction.(4)combined with the actual site,the simulation calculation and analysis of pipeline construction disturbance under different conditions were carried out by setting calculation conditions.Meanwhile,the numerical simulation calculation and analysis were carried out for the disturbance problem of adjacent lamp post foundation in the cracked pipe construction,and the corresponding conclusions were obtained through the analysis,so as to achieve the pre-judgment effect on the construction site.
