The Automotive electronic control system has become increasingly important in the Automotive sector,making cars safer,more comfortable and more energy efficient.At present,the automotive electronic control system is becoming more and more complex,and the powertrain module PCM is the most complex and core in the automotive electronic control system.In order to solve the contradiction between the complexity of PCM control function and the rapid development,the v-mode development process has been applied to the automotive electronic control system by various automobile companies.HIL is a very important link in the V mode development process,and the PCM can be tested in the laboratory through the HIL simulation test system,which greatly shortens the development time cycle and reduces the development cost.Qualitative or quantitative modeling and evaluation of driving behavior is an important subject and key technology in the fields of unmanned vehicle,intelligent transportation,etc.,which has very important application value in vehicle performance test,assisted driving and diagnosis of abnormal driving behavior.From the perspective of automobile manufacturers,it is of great significance to understand the driving behavior preference of automobile drivers for optimizing the driving behavior experience of automobiles and improving the dynamic performance of automobiles through individualization.In this paper,a standardized driving behavior model was established to learn drivers' driving behavior preferences,and the driving behaviors of different sections and environments were mapped into the federal vehicle test curve,so as to realize the standardization of different driving behaviors.In this paper,on the basis of fully understanding the development status of HIL system for automobile testing,combined with its own development requirements for PCM,the hardware system based on NI PXI platform and the HIL simulation test system based on NI Verstand,the upper computer management software was designed and manufactured.Then,the AutoEncoder algorithm is used to standardize the driving behavior of the driving data collected by drivers with different driving styles.Finally,the HIL system is tested with standardized driving data,which proves the effectiveness and accuracy of the system.
