The water-retaining pavement is a functional pavement that maintains moisture in the pavement structure and removes a large amount of latent heat by evaporating moisture,thereby suppressing temperature rise and temperature drop on the road surface.This paper mainly deals with the material composition design and performance evaluation of water-retaining cement concrete.If a large number of paving water-retaining cement concrete pavement can alleviate the urban heat island effect to a certain extent,the research can provide a technical solution and related technical support for mitigating the urban heat island effect and building a "sponge city".Based on the research results at home and abroad,this paper selects water-absorbent resin with very good water absorption as the water-retaining material,and studies the effect of different content of water-absorbing resin on the performance of water-retaining concrete.The test parent material is made of permeable concrete.According to the design formula of permeability concrete mix in the Technical Specification for Pervious Cement Concrete Pavement(CJJT13 5-2009),the optimal mix ratio of the base metal is determined by calculation.The test piece is formed by uniformly mixing the parent material and the water retaining material.The most worrying problem with water-retaining materials is that they cannot be coated with cement and cannot be mixed with the parent material.Therefore,we have selected the best mixing methods by comparing several mixing methods.On this basis,we continue to study the compressive strength,bending strength,water absorption and evaporation performance of water-retaining concrete.According to the research content,the best water-absorbent resin content is obtained,and finally the water-repellent resin is optimally water-retained.Analysis of crack resistance of concrete.The results show that with the increase of the amount of water-absorbing resin,the compressive strength and flexural strength decrease gradually,and the water absorption,saturated water absorption and evaporation rate in 30 minutes gradually increase with the increase of the water-absorbent resin.In order to make the water retention concrete have both excellent water absorption and water retention properties,and can meet the strength requirements,it is necessary to find the optimal dosage of the water absorbent resin.When the amount of the superabsorbent resin added is 0.5%,the water absorption amount and the saturated water absorption amount in 30 minutes are both large,and the difference from the maximum value is not large,and the values are 0.160 g·cm-3 and 0.178 g·cm-3 respectively,and the compressive strength and bending strength are also large,and the difference from the maximum value is not large,and the value of the decrease is not large,and the values are 20.6Mpa and 2.01Mpa respectively.At the same time,the amount of superabsorbent resin added is 0.5%,and the evaporation rate is higher at different temperatures compared with other dosages,and the difference from the maximum value is not large,at 40℃,50℃ and 60℃,the maximum The evaporation rates were 0.166g/(m2.s),0.244 g/(m2.s),and 0.351 g/(m2.s),respectively.Moreover,the evaporation rate decreasing trend is also more reasonable when the water-absorbent resin content is 0.5%.Therefore,the optimum water-absorbent resin content is 0.5%,and the water-retention and water-retention performance of the water-retaining cement concrete pavement mixed with 0.5%water-absorbent resin and the evaporative cooling performance are more remarkable.Figure 39 table 16 references 62...
