In large and medium-sized distributed control system,substation automation system,hydropower station automation system,often involves a large number of equipment status monitoring.These devices may be switch contacts,circuit breaker contacts,water level switch signals and other open and closed states.According to their importance,the monitoring of these contact signals not only needs to monitor their state changes,but also needs to monitor the time when the state changes.In the same system,the state changes of some equipments are correlative.How to correctly and quickly determine the first fault and the action sequence of all relevant equipments when abnormal happens to the power plant unit is related to whether the accident can be quickly analyzed and dealt with and the normal operation of the system can be restored.The event sequence record(SOE)system obtains the equipment action time information with the resolution of milliseconds,which provides strong evidence for the power plant accident analysis.The SpeedyHold system platform is a general data acquisition system developed by Guangli Nuclear Corporation with independent intellectual property rights for nuclear power plants,but the SpeedyHold system does not have SOE function,thus limiting the application environment of the platform.Based on the SpeedyHold system platform,this paper introduced the design,implementation and verification of SOE data acquisition unit from the aspects of requirement analysis,system design,board hardware and software implementation,test and verification.The SOE data acquisition board,as the basis of the acquisition unit,has four kinds of signal acquisition functions: 24 V and 48 V nodes.Its SOE resolution is 1ms and the data acquisition period is 0.5ms.The card not only realized the basic function and performance,but also has the function of hot-plugging and self-diagnosis to meet the needs of on-line maintenance.Successful research and development of SOE data acquisition unit maked up for the shortage of SOE function in SpeedyHold system platform and expanded the application market of SpeedyHold system platform.The SOE resolution of 1ms and the acquisition period of 0.5ms has also reached the advanced level in the industry,meeted the needs of all existing nuclear power plants.Existing SOE data acquisition units can only achieve data acquisition and reporting related functions,related data analysis and data storage are required to rely on external equipment.This determines that the volume of SOE data acquisition unit is relatively large,the application environment will be limited to a certain extent,and the cost is relatively high.How to improve the data analysis capability and function integration of SOE data acquisition unit,reduce the system volume and cost will be the focus of future research.
