At present,our country vigorously develops the application innovation in the field of intelligent transportation,and applies the information technology means to the process of traffic monitoring and retrieval.The video image retrieval system for intelligent transportation is designed and implemented in this paper.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the role permissions of the system are analyzed,and according to the actual business roles,the analysis of functional requirements and non-functional requirements is completed.The use cases and performance indexes of video monitoring management function,equipment resource management function,video image processing function,video image retrieval and application function,and system management function are determined.Secondly,Euclidean distance method is used to complete the extraction of video key frames and then the relevant image processing and feature extraction algorithms are embedded into the system module to achieve the relevant functions.The method of color moments is adopted to extract color features.According to the different gray correlation characteristics of different positions,the environmental factors are extracted and the probability is calculated,which are summarized as feature points.At the same time,the relevant strategies and similarity measurement methods used in the retrieval and matching process are designed.Finally,by building the vehicle characteristic database and video media database,assisted by Spring MVC framework,Hibernate framework development technology,database technology and UML modeling tools are used in the process of implementation for video monitoring management module,equipment resource management module,video image processing module,video image retrieval and application modules,and the class diagram and sequence diagram of each module are described.At the same time,the view image feature extraction and retrieval algorithm are embedded into the system module.Referring to the performance indexes and functional use cases of the system,the design of test cases and the analysis of test results are completed.According to the test results,the usability of the system is verified to ensure the accuracy of image retrieval and the normal use requirements.Through the construction of video image retrieval system for intelligent transportation,managers can carry out intelligent retrieval and statistics of vehicle data,and can use the retrieval results in traffic flow statistics,safety accident judgment and other fields,and it achieves good results.
