Centrifugal pump is a kind of widely used vane machinery.There are some problems in domestic centrifugal pump,such as low working efficiency,short service life,large energy loss and so on.Since the design of hydraulic model of impeller always depends on the empirical formula of traditional theory and the experience of designers,the space for improving the efficiency of pump by using traditional methods is limited.According to current situation of the study,this paper breaks through traditional pump design theory with the inspiration of vortex flow,tornado in nature presented approximation of Archimedes spiral flow way,in the process of which the flow driving area and inertial area with efficient rotating linear features was extracted.The design of efficient water pump vane hydraulic model was put forward new lines and blade design method,which not only broke the traditional pump hydraulic model rely on traditional design theory and the limitations of design experience,as well as the impeller on the overall design to find a new breakthrough.To test the effectiveness of the proposed linear hydraulic model and its design method,this paper takes QS50-26 centrifugal pump as the carrier,with the help of 3d software SolidWorks lofting surface of the operating mode,realized the Archimedes spiral to the transformation of the curved blade domain,with blade Angle,inlet Angle for qualification to rotating cutting blade domain for blade and add a cover plate form a complete wheel up and down.The above impeller model was 3d-printed with stainless steel,nylon and PLA(polylactic acid),and the printing accuracy,cost and time of the impeller with three different materials were compared.Finally,nylon was selected as the printing material,and 8 sets of impeller with different wrap angles and inlet angles were printed.The maximum efficiency of the impeller is 72.1%,which is higher than the design efficiency 70% of the original impeller.It indicates that the new method is feasible,and the efficiency of the impeller designed by the primary designer is 68%.In the case of the same lack of experience,the new method has stronger design applicability and is easy to learn.In addition,the working area of the blade is smaller,the impeller is lighter,and the mechanical efficiency of the pump is higher.In order to further improve the leaf blade linear design and parameter optimization,8 groups of impeller are numerically simulated by fluent software,through the analysis of the new impeller and the original impeller,the change of the velocity field and pressure field,the results found QS5026 impeller in 13 ° Angle is 98.6 °,inlet Angle under the combination of highest efficiency;Blade enveloping Angle and inlet Angle have important influence on the efficiency of the pump.Blade enveloping Angle has an optimal value,and excessively large enveloping Angle will reduce the lift,flow rate and efficiency of the centrifugal pump.Increasing the inlet Angle appropriately will reduce the hydraulic loss and improve the efficiency of the centrifugal pump.This provides a reference for future blade design.
