During the working process,the port crane reducer generates a large amount of heat due to gear meshing,bearing friction and other pairs of motion.If the heat cannot be dissipated in time,the internal temperature of the reducer will rise sharply.Excessive temperature will cause lubrication.The thickness of the oil film is reduced,the gears and bearings are not well lubricated,the wear of the gears and bearings is aggravated,the bearing capacity and transmission accuracy of the gears are reduced,and even the glue failure occurs.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct thermal analysis on the reducer.The distribution and influence factors of the temperature field of the reducer.In this paper,the JM-2Z-4-10 reducer is taken as the research object.Firstly,the heating mechanism of the reducer is studied.The power loss calculation method suitable for JM series reducer is selected.The gear meshing power loss is quantitatively calculated by example.The ratio of bearing friction power loss to total mechanical power loss,the gear meshing loss is the main part of the power loss of the reducer,and the influence of the speed and transmission power on the gear and bearing power loss is calculated and analyzed by the example.The law of change in loss.Then,the heat transfer model of the reducer is analyzed.The convective heat transfer coefficient of the gear and the surface of the box is calculated according to the empirical formula and the equivalent simplified model.It provides a theoretical basis for the setting of the subsequent simulation boundary conditions,and the gear is obtained.The heat transfer coefficient of the tooth surface is larger than the heat transfer coefficient of the end face.The heat transfer coefficient of the water level at the top of the box is greater than the heat transfer coefficient of the vertical side.It provides a theoretical basis for the shape design of the box and the addition of the heat sink.Finally,the reducer is modeled and the model is simplified.The fluid-solid coupling simulation analysis of the reducer is carried out.The UDF program is used to load the heat source and the sliding grid technology to simulate the gear mixing process,so that the simulation process is close to the actual situation and decelerated.The steady-state temperature field distribution of the device shows that the temperature of the lubricating oil is too high,the lubrication of the oil is not able to reach the normal working temperature of the gear,and the oil quantity of the lubricating oil is calculated theoretically.Finally,the oil immersion depth and speed are analyzed.And the influence of three factors on the temperature field of the reducer,summarizing the variation law of the temperature field,and providing atheoretical basis for the optimal design of the reducer lubrication scheme.
