Research On The Design Of Space Environment Renovation Of Old Students’ Dormitories In Colleges And Universities

At present,ubiquitous problems in the residential hall of college campus such as poor quality of space environment,insufficient functional space and large energy consumption of architecture can affect the living and living requirements of contemporary college students.Meanwhile,it runs counter to the advocation of sustainable eco-friendly building standard.Therefore,the old dormitories must be refurbished and designed to solve and optimize the problem of space environment.Through on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,on-site consultation and data collection of the students’ dormitory of Yangtze University,we find that there are many problems in the interior and exterior space environment,grey space environment and building noumena of the old students’ dormitory buildings in colleges and universities.In view of the problems in the space environment of the old students’ dormitory,we propose some reform and design strategies.It is also used in the design of student dormitory renovation of building NO.1-4 in East Campus of Yangtze University.So that the living conditions of college students can be improved to meet the needs of personalized development.Specific contents include:The first chapter lays a foundation for the research of this topic,aiming at the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the research of relevant theories at home and abroad,the content and method of the research,and the framework.The second chapter studies and analyses the theory and knowledge of the old dormitories in universities,including defining the relevant concepts,analyzing the current situation of the research on the theory of space environment transformation of dormitories at home and abroad and the regional location of the old dormitories in Jingzhou,putting forward the design method of the old dormitories for students,and finally making a brief summary to provide the elaboration and optimization strategy in the following chapters.Reference resources.The third chapter gives a general overview of the old student dormitories in colleges and universities,including the general situation of their construction,and analyses the problems of the old student dormitories in colleges and universities from the aspects of internal space environment,external space environment,grey space environment and architectural ontology.It also summarizes the methods and strategies for the specific transformation design and practice.The fourth chapter will put forward the optimization design strategy of the old design principles,specific internal and external space environment,grey space environment,building ontology and so on.And summarize the above elements for the following design practice to do some preparation.The fifth chapter selects the renovation design of dormitory building No.1-4 in East Campus of Yangtze University as the research object,including the general situation of renovation design project,on-site investigation,and the renovation design strategy of dormitory No.1-4 in East Campus of Yangtze University.Through specific empirical research,this chapter summarizes and draws corresponding conclusions.The sixth chapter summarizes the research of this paper,draws a conclusion,summarizes the main points of innovation and the shortcomings of design,and looks forward to the future development trend of the relevant reform theory and practice.
