| High-speed railway station area is an important carrier of urban spatial expansion in China. The construction of High-speed railway station area promotes the change of urban land use pattern.Under the condition of market economy,we should attach importance to the intensive use of land in High-speed railway station area and give full play to the traffic value and social and economic value of High-speed railway station area. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the intensive characteristics of land use in High-speed railway station area.In this paper,23 municipalities directly under the Central Government and provincial capitals of the High-speed rail station area as the research object.Through the Gaode Map and Baidu Map,a certain time point is selected to delimit the unified scope of the railway station area. Then the area and perimeter are calculated by software, and the data are obtained by using the information published by Baidu Encyclopedia,12306 official website,China Economic and Social Development Statistics Database and the High-speed railway information issued by the government. This study is based on the perspectives of coastal and inland areas, seven regions, station grades and station lines.Based on the land use intensive characteristics of High-speed railway station area, the change of intensive land use characteristics within and between groups in High-speed railway station area was analyzed by using coefficient of variation,multi-factor comprehensive model and difference formulas between groups.Based on Arc GIS 10.2,the spatial difference and distribution law of land intensive use in coastal and inland High-speed railway stations and seven regions are analyzed, and the characteristic variables which have great influence on land intensive use in High-speed railway stations are selected based on index weights and SPSS analysis software, and a multiple regression model is established. To explore the influencing factors of land intensive use score in High-speed railway station area,The main conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper constructs an evaluation index to measure the intensive use of land in the major cities of China. The average score of the intensive use of land in the High-speed railway station area is low,and the overall intensive use degree is not high from the point of view. There are great differences in the intensive use of land in the High-speed railway station area. The most intensive South Beijing Railway Station is nearly 20 times that of the least intensive Harbin West Railway Station.(2)Based on clustering theory,23 municipalities directly under the Central Government and provincial capital cities in China are divided into four types: low intensive High-speed railway station area,Lower intensive High-speed railway station area, high intensive High-speed railway station area and higher intensive High-speed railway station area.Among them, the number of low-level intensive High-speed railway station area to high-level intensive High-speed railway station area is 5,7,6,5 in turn;its distribution is more uniform.(3)Land use in coastal High-speed railway station area is more intensive than that in inland High-speed railway station area. The variance between the two groups is small, while the average variance within the group is large. There are low intensive High-speed railway station, lower intensive High-speed railway station, high intensive High-speed railway station and higher intensive High-speed railway station in coastal High-speed railway station area and inland High-speed railway station area, and the index values of high intensive High-speed railway station area and low intensive High-speed railway station area are quite different.Comparing the index values of low-intensive coastal and inland High-speed railway stations,we find that although the land use of coastal High-speed railway stations is intensive in inland High-speed railway stations, most of the index values of such intensive utilization in inland are higher than those of coastal ones.Only the total investment of fixed assets, compactness, supporting long-distance passenger stations, subway lines and bus lines of High-speed railway are included. The number of permanent residents and the value of these four indicators are higher in the coastal High-speed railway station area than in the inland High-speed railway station area.(4)Land Intensive Use in Southwest High-speed railway station area >Central China High-speed railway station area >Land Intensive Use in North China High-speed railway station area >Land Intensive Use in East China High-speed railway station area >Land Intensive Use in Northwest High-speed railway station area >Land Intensive Use in South China High-speed railway station area >Land Intensive Use in Northeast High-speed railway station area.Land Intensive Use It is 3 times that of the Northeast High-speed railway station where land intensive use is the smallest.(5)Land use in the High-speed railway station area of the first-class station is more intensive than that in the High-speed railway station area of the special-class station..The proportion of low-grade intensive High-speed railway stations in special-class station is small,11.8% of the total. The distribution of land intensive use score in the High-speed railway station area of the first-class station should concentrate on the distribution of land intensive use score in the High-speed railway station area of the special-class station.,and the distribution of land intensive use score in the High-speed railway station In the low-intensive High-speed railway station area, the trend of land intensive utilization score in the first-class High-speed railway station area is more stable than that in the special-class High-speed railway station area.(6)The land use of "Four horizontal" High-speed railway station area is intensive in "Four Longitudinal" High-speed railway station area. The score distribution of land intensive use in the "Four Longitudinal" High-speed railway station area is more concentrated than that in the "four horizontal" High-speed railway station area, and the score of land intensive use in the "Four Longitudinal" High-speed railway station area is mainly distributed in the lower intensive High-speed railway station area.,accounting for 42.8% of the total, and the investment intensity of total assets of "Four horizontal" high intensive High-speed railway station area. And the "four longitudinal" higher intensity High-speed railway station area trains in and out of the density show a strong dominant advantage.(7)From the results of multiple linear regression,it can be seen that the eight influencing factors of GDP,public revenue, the proportion of secondary and tertiary industries to GDP,the ownership of civil cars, the throughput of civil aviation passengers, the total retail sales of consumer goods in the whole society, the per capita disposable income of urban residents and the urban population in municipal districts are highly correlated with the scores of land intensive use in High-speed railway station areas.GDP,public revenue, the proportion of secondary and tertiary industries in GDP,total retail sales of consumer goods, per capita disposable income of urban residents and urban population in municipal areas are positively correlated with the scores of land intensive use in High-speed railway station area, while the ownership of civil cars and the throughput of civil aviation passengers are negatively correlated with the scores of land intensive use in High-speed railway station area. |
