Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages of high efficiency,high control precision,high torque density and good output torque.It has been widely used in industrial and agricultural production.However,many industries require very high control accuracy of PMSM,resulting in PMSM output torque smoothness can not meet the requirements of these industries for high performance servo control.To solve this problem,the harmonic torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motor caused by air gap magnetic field and non-linear factors of inverters is studied in this paper.Firstly,the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is improved.The speed loop and current loop are replaced by the traditional PI controller by the fuzzy PID controller,which realizes the combination of intelligent control and traditional control technology,and improves the control accuracy and anti-interference ability of the system.Then,aiming at the problem of harmonic torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),the factors causing current harmonic of PMSM are elaborated in detail,the harmonic mathematical model of PMSM is deduced,and a new strategy for harmonic suppression of PMSM is proposed.This strategy combines harmonic current injection with resonant regulator to suppress torque ripple.The harmonic current is added to the current loop to suppress the six-time torque ripple of the motor,and the feed-forward control composed of the resonant regulator is used to suppress the 12-time torque ripple of the motor.Thus,the harmonic current of the motor is suppressed,the current waveform of the motor is improved,and the smoothness of the output torque of the motor is improved.Finally,the thesis builds a MATLAB/Simulink simulation model for the proposed motor control system and harmonic suppression strategy,simulates and verifies the system and harmonic suppression algorithm,and builds a hardware test platform.The algorithm is tested on the servo driver experimental platform based on the TMS320F2812 DSP controller.The feasibility and validity of the system and the algorithm are verified by comparing the simulation results with the experimental results.
