| Electricity is a necessary energy for national livelihood and national security.Substations are important infrastructures for many industrial production and production.Inspection workers need to regular inspect equipment in substations and other places.However,the technical level of inspection workers is uneven,and there are individual differences in understanding and analyzing the equipment.It is unavoidable that errors and omissions will occur,which may cover up the real working status of the equipment.This will lead to serious potential safety hazards,and staff can not accurately and correctly judge the operation of the equipment only by naked eyes.In order to solve these problems,lighten the burden of patrol workers,and ensure the good operation of equipment,it is necessary to put forward more effective patrol scheme.With the development of embedded and wireless technology nowadays,has patrol substation equipment by means of remote patrol become a feasible scheme.In this paper,the following research contents are done for the system.Firstly,aiming at several kinds of conventional equipment in substation,the following equipment signal acquisition principle is used to make patrol inspection scheme,such as transformer upper oil temperature signal,insulation resistance of current transformer signal,on-site environmental temperature and humidity signal and image signal.The generation and detection principle are analyzed and discussed in detail.Secondly,the hardware part of the system is based on the core controller STM32F4ZGT6,and carries all kinds of sensor modules needed for patrol inspection,such as MAX134 high-value resistance acquisition module,infrared temperature acquisition module MLS90615,temperature and humidity acquisition module DHT11,CMOS image acquisition module OV2640,wireless network transmission module HLK-RM04,the hardware circuit design of ARM chip based on STM32 is completed.Then,software design is carried out for the whole system.The software design is based on embedded uC/OS III system.The main work includes the construction of integrated development environment,the transplantation of uC/OS III system,the network architecture of component system,the transplantation of LwIP protocol stack based on uC/OS III system,the transplantation of application layer communication protocol FreeModbus and the completion of Modbus TCP service,and the design of routine patrol parameter acquisition subsystem of substation.The design of CMOS image acquisition subsystem,the realization of Web server and CGI programming;the client program design,the client uses HTML language to design the web interface of remote inspection system.Finally,the function of the system is tested.The data acquisition shows that the software and hardware of the whole system work stably,and the system can patrol all kinds of equipment in remote substation from the client to meet the design requirements of the system. |
