In the context of the new era,people’s needs have changed,and the demand for intelligent products and services is growing.In order to occupy more market share,household oligopoly enterprises have to make technological innovation investment and service investment to meet market demand and consolidate their oligopoly status.This makes the price competition between enterprises more complicated and intense.In the supply chain environment,price competition between oligopolistic enterprises has become a hot topic for scholars at home and abroad.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad and the situation of China’s home appliance market,this paper establishes a supply chain price game model under two situations.Combining management science,game theory and chaos theory,this paper analyzes the long-term dynamic price game model between Chinese home appliance companies.The paper deeply analyzes the impact of innovation and service input on supply chain stability and corporate price game from multiple perspectives.The conclusions and suggestions obtained in this paper have certain reference significance for the management of Chinese household electrical appliance enterprises.The main work done in this paper is as follows:First,based on the dual-channel supply chain composed of a manufacturer and a retailer,considering the manufacturer’s investment in technology innovation,the retailer’s service investment in traditional channels,and the altruistic behavior of decision makers,respectively,the static basic model and dynamics Bertrand game model are constructed.Through the inference calculation in the static model,the influence of innovation input and service value on the optimal pricing strategy is studied.In the dynamic price game model,based on the system dynamics theory,the stability of the dynamic system of the price game is analyzed.The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the influence of innovation input,service value and altruistic behavior of decision makers on system stability domain,and the influence of innovation input and service value on dynamic pricing and decision maker’s utility when the system is in chaos.Finally,two chaotic control methods,parameter control and adaptive control,are compared.The research shows that the larger the innovation input and service value is,the greater the optimal pricing of the market is,and the stability domain of the system shrinks.The excessive price adjustment parameters can easily cause the system to lose its stability or even enter a chaotic state.When the amount of innovation input and service value are kept at a certain value,it will help decision makers get the most benefit.The adaptive control method is most effective for the recovery of the market.Second,based on the dual-channel supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer,the article further considers the manufacturer’s direct channel with service investment.The manufacturer not only considers technological innovation,but also invests in online channel service,while the retailer only considers service input in traditional channel.This paper first constructs a static foundation model,and secondly builds a dynamic Bertrand game model under the optimal innovation input.In the dynamic model,the numerical simulation method is used to study the influence of the service value and risk aversion attitude of the two channels on the system stability domain.The dynamic evolution and complex dynamics of the system are analyzed by the bifurcation diagram,the chaotic attractor and initial value sensitivity.Secondly,the influence of the service value of the two channels on the dynamic price game is discussed.When the market is in a chaotic state,the influence of chaotic phenomena on the dynamic pricing of the system and the utility of the decision maker is analyzed.The research shows that in the dynamic market game process of the manufacturer and the retailer,the stability domain of the system decreases with the increase of the service input value of the two channels.The channel service value increases,which will only narrow the price decision space of the corresponding channel.In addition,the stability domain of the system increases with the decision-maker’s risk aversion attitude increasing.The greater the service input value of the two channels is,the higher the dynamic game system will be,and the system will enter the chaotic state in advance.When the market is in chaos,the system performance of the manufacturer will be lost.However,in this state,the performance of retailers has improved.Finally,based on the adaptive control method,the chaotic market has good resilience,and the chaotic market under the situation is well controlled.This paper has a certain reference value to the channel competition and dynamic price decision-making of household appliances enterprises when facing the problem of innovation investment and service investment.
