| Aviation kerosene is stored in the sealed box with the nitrogen pressure and storage period of 18 months.During this period,there is a kerosene propellant leak.Aviation kerosene is extremely flammable,explosive multi-component liquid fuel and when kerosene vapor volatilizing in the air reaches a certain concentration,it is so extremely vulnerable to fire and explosion as to cause casualties.So the critical technology for the aviation safety is to use kerosene sensor to detect the kerosene leak.Kerosene vapour sensors need calibrating before using and during using.The concentration of kerosene vapour will change as the ambirnt pressure and temperature.At present the vapour of the organic liquid of the low concentration is usually made by weighing liquid heated volatile method,while this method need to measure the volatilization accurately,and to consult the measured effects from the expensive standard analyzer,which brings engineering practical difficulties..In this paper,according to the require of calibration work for kerosene vapour sensors,we propose the design plan using shunt method to achieve kerosene vapour of a wide range concentration,which is based on the method of design for the organic liquid steam generator of the principle of saturated vapour pressure and consults design procedures and the basic structure of humidity generators.After analyzing the composition and characteristics of aviation kerosene,pure decane is selected as the reference material of RP-3 aviation kerosene to produce the reference gas of aviation kerosene.In the design plan,we have a lot of analysis and calculations on the selection of MFC and the flow ratio,and choose a more reasonable flow ratio.In the control of steam generator,we choose MCU MSP430 as the core of the control system for appropriate flow control,temperature measurement,consistency control and measure,and the display of measurement control parameters.We have a preliminary test on the stream generator of kerosene,and carry on an error analysis.The analyzing of experimental results shows that the design of kerosene stream generator meets the requirements to use. |
