| With the unceasing prefect of AC motor control technology at home and abroad,servo system has been widely used in the field of industrial control.Now with the development of power electronics technology and motor control technology,AC motor control system has become a mainstream system of the entire servo product market.Research at home and abroad on the speed control of AC motor control system and control strategy of the entire system has become a main topic.The emergence and development of digital processing signal chips such as DSP,FPGA and power devices such as MOSFET,IGBT have made the permanent magnet synchronous motor toward the direction of high-performance control.Vector control and direct torque control are two control methods of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Permanent magnet synchronous motor control system which consists of DSP chip and intelligent power module has become a trend in recent years.Now the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system has already become the main application for AC servo system.And with the development of electrical and electronic techniques,the maturation of digital signal processing technology with digital signal processor as the carrier has provided feasibility for the realization of complex algorithms.This article presents a new control method for permanent magnet synchronous motor.The article focuses on the speed closed-loop control algorithm with the principle of vector control and derived the control model based on the speed-loop,thus provides reference for the servo control of circular magnetic field based on the independent control of three-phase.The simulation model is established for the entire control system by MATLAB,and the simulation results are given to verify the correctness of theoretical algorithm,which provides good support for servo control hardware design.All-digital servo system hardware platform is built by adopting TM320F2812 development broad as control board of the system and IPM as the power board.The speed is measured by the way of the M/T method.At last software program is written in the control system. |
