Air conditioner has become an important part of people's life.It will produce vibration in the use of the air conditioner.Vibration mainly comes from the compressor.The main components connected with the compressor are the exhaust pipe and the return pipe.The vibration generated during the operation of the compressor will be transferred to the pipeline.Pipeline is easy to produce fatigue and looseness in the long-term vibration,especially the welding pipe.This will easily lead to pipeline rupture and leakage of refrigerant.It will directly effects the performance of the air conditioner.The pipeline is an important channel to transport the refrigerant.It plays a crucial role.Therefore,it is necessary to study the vibration of pipeline and find out methods to improve the anti-vibration performance and the service life of the pipeline.In this paper,the vibration sources of air conditioner pipeline system are summarized by literature search and introduce its research development.Based on the understanding of the vibration source of the pipeline system,the natural vibration characteristics of the air conditioning air conditioner pipeline system are analyzed.The first 20 natural frequencies and mode shapes of the compressor pipeline system are analyzed and studied by using the workbench.Through check the pipeline natural frequency and mode that under lower frequencies,the location of the maximum deformation occurs mainly in the exhaust pipe and the return pipe.At the same time,the experimental modal analysis is carried out.By comparing the simulation results and the experimental results,it is feasible to use the finite element software to analyze the pipeline.Secondly,the air conditioner pipeline system was analyzed by static analysis and harmonic response analysis.The deformation and stress values of the air conditioner piping system under external force are analyzed.Two kinds of vibration reduction methods are compared,such as increasing the wall thickness and increasing the damping block.Through the analysis,it can be concluded that increasing the wall thickness and damping can effectively reduce the vibration of the pipeline.In addition,the exhaust pipe model in the pipeline model is extracted.The pressure pulsation analysis and fluid-structure interaction analysis are carried out.When the pressure pulsation is analyzed,the change of pressure and velocity in different parts of the pipeline are monitored.At the same time,the fluid-structure interaction analysis was carried out.The results show that the fluid has some influence on the vibration of the pipe wall.Especially for the large deformation impact on the wall.It will make the research of pipeline vibration more comprehensive.It has great significance to optimize the design of the pipeline and improve the anti-vibration performance of the pipeline.
