Port,as the hub of waterway transportation,provides basic support for China's economic construction and the development of foreign trade,and its importance is self-evident.Loading/unloading operation for cars in port yard is an important part in port.However,the production scheduling of the bulk cargo port yard is still dependent on manual work,and selecting the flow mechanism and the handling technology basically depends on artificial experience.The dispatching efficiency is low and there is no optimization goal,which seriously hinders the development of the port towards modernization and informatization.In the production scheduling process of bulk cargo port yard,how to improve the handling capacity of port yard,reasonably consider the priority of the use of mobile machinery in the yard,so that the limited resources of mobile machinery in the port yard can be effectively utilized,which is very important to reduce the operation costs of the port and improve the overall efficiency of the port.In this paper,the optimal scheduling problem of mobile machinery operating in bulk cargo port is deeply studied,and an intelligent scheduling system of mobile machinery operating in port yard area based on ontology and artificial swarm algorithm is proposed,so as to realize intelligent scheduling of mobile machinery and assist dispatcher to makedecisions.The research has mainly completed four aspects:(1)Thorough analysis flow port machinery scheduling business process and characteristics,a multi-objective optimization model of mobile machinery in the port yard was established,aiming at minimizing the total time of vehicles in the port and the total moving distance of mobile machinery,and maximizing the operation matching degree of the yard.The priority of using flow machinery resources was applied to the model,which improved the practical application of the model.(2)The port domain ontology with mobile working machinery as the main object and the logical reasoning model of mobile working machinery and cargo and yard were established,which realized the expression of the mechanical scheduling rules of the port and the accumulation of knowledge and experience.(3)Combining with the characteristics of library scheduling,this paper proposed an initialization method based on constraint matrix and NEH algorithm and designed a neighborhood search strategy based on optimal approximation and individual selection combined with Boltzmann roulette selection,to improve the artificial bee colony algorithm.The validity of the optimization model and algorithm was proved by a case study.(4)An integrated architecture of intelligent dispatching system was proposed to integrate with the port production business system.This paper used Jena reasoning technology to realize ontology storage and reasoning and Java language to ontology integrate reasoning and intelligent algorithm,which realized the intelligence of dispatching.This paper also discussed the application of intelligent dispatching system in the actual production of the port from the aspects of improving the speed of port internal evacuation,improving the allocation of mobile machinery resources in the port depot,and enhancing the scientificity of dispatching decision.It has positive significance for further improving the existing production and operation management mode of the port.
