With the rapid advancement of motor control technology,power electronics technology,detection and sensor technology,intelligent control technology,the emergence of new permanent magnet materials and the upgrading of power components,brushless DC motors inherit the advantages of traditional DC motors,including speed regulation.Wide range,no sliding friction,good stability,not easy to damage,low running noise,etc.Since the field of brushless DC motor applications is more and more extensive,the power quality of the power supply voltage is put forward higher,so the power factor correction technology for the power supply voltage is indispensable.Firstly,based on the analysis of the significance of the subject and the relevant research status at home and abroad,this paper studies a new type based on the low power factor of the brushless DC motor power supply voltage,large current ripple,and excessive motor torque ripple.Brushless DC motor control system for bridge Cuk PFC converters.Secondly,the structure and control method of the new bridgeless Cuk PFC converter are studied,and the basic parameters of each component of the bridgeless Cuk PFC converter are calculated.According to the theoretical waveform of the circuit in one switching cycle,the single-cycle control equation in DCM mode is constructed.Based on this,the control circuit is constructed to realize the purpose of correcting the input current of the power supply in DCM mode.Then,based on the analysis of the composition and principle of the brushless DC motor control system and its driving process,the mathematical model is built and the direct torque algorithm is selected to control the brushless DC motor.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the direct torque algorithm and its control principle,the direct torque algorithm is partially optimized.Finally,the feasibility of the brushless DC motor of the bridgeless Cuk PFC converter is verified.The Matlab/Simulink simulation software is selected and the system is divided into two parts for simulation.The first part is the simulation of the bridgeless Cuk PFC converter.The main structure and single-cycle control circuit of the bridgeless Cuk PFC converter are built.The simulation comparison with the traditional Cuk PFC converter proves that the research of the bridgeless Cuk PFC converter can be better.Improve power factor and output voltage is stable.The second part is the simulation of brushless DC motor,setting theparameters of brushless DC motor,and building its control system according to the improved direct torque algorithm.The simulation results show that the brushless DC motor has small torque ripple and good dynamic and static performance.
