Rolling bearing is widely used in machinery and equipment parts,as a bear and load of the important parts.Special conditions or extreme working conditions often result in rolling bearing performance decline.In addition the rolling bearing used in the variable-speed operation of practical work condition.The characteristics of the fault of rolling bearing in variable speed condition is non-stationary.Rolling bearings under the condition of variable speed are prone to failure,may result in equipment damage,even catastrophic accidents.Therefore,the rolling bearing fault diagnosis under the variable condition has very important significance,that is a security which machinery and equipment has a reliable operation and avoid economic losses.In this paper,aiming at the problem which due to speed fluctuations caused the trend term,proposes a Based on an Envelope function and Envelope order spectrum under the variable condition of the rolling bearing fault diagnosis.In the traditional fault diagnosis methods,a stationary signal envelope when use most is the Hilbert transform,but not the Hilbert transform is suitable for all of the signal envelope.In this paper,The Envelope function is used to calculate the signal Envelope,and the result of the Envelope function is researched and compared with the Hilbert transform envelope and Square envelope consequence which is from simulation data and experimental data.Through comprehensive research and analysis show that the simulation data and experimental data based on the Envelope function can be more effective to calculate the variable condition cut amplitude modulation signals in order.Aiming at rolling bearing fault diagnosis under the condition of variable speed.Based on the Envelope function is introduced and combining with the existing calculation order tracking(computed order tracking,COT)technology.The fault mechanism of the bearing and the order value of the bearing at different speeds are studied,and the test data of the inner ring fault bearing test bench is studied under the variable speed condition.In order to order more obvious signal in the fault characteristics,by using Chebyshev low-pass filter technology,the consequences show that this method is more advantageous to the fault identification,providing a reference for the mechanical fault diagnosis under the variable condition.
