With the development of high technology and the demand for war,technologies such as long-range strike,precision strike,autonomous attack,and intelligent ammunition damage have been applied to the military field.The steering gear system is an important part of the rocket,so its performance characteristics determine the dynamic performance and static performance of the guided rocket in flight.In the guided rocket launch flight control,the servo control frequency is relatively fast.Therefore,the position response needs to meet the requirements of fast response,small overshoot,and high precision.However,the conventional controller faces the disadvantages that the parameters cannot be adjusted in real time,the anti-interference ability is weak,the control robustness is poor,and the precision is low.The purpose of this research is to design a smart PID controller that can achieve fast response and precise control,such as slow response speed,poor anti-interference ability and difficult system tuning.In order to improve the control accuracy and stability of the steering gear control system,the following aspects are mainly analyzed:This paper mainly studies the intelligent control technology of guided rocket rudder machine from the perspective of precise control of steering gear position.According to the working principle and structural composition of the steering gear,the research and analysis of the reducer,sensor and power driver in the steering gear system are carried out first,and the transfer function is obtained.The overall mathematical model of the steering gear system is established.Then through the design of the module such as brushless DC motor and reference current,the simulation model of the steering gear control system is built in SIMULINK.The related characteristics and structure design of the fuzzy neural network controller are studied in depth,the network structure is simplified,and the learning algorithm of parameter adjustment is analyzed.Finally,in order to verify that the controller has a significant improvement in control effect compared with conventional controllers and fuzzy controllers,it mainly performs verification analysis from several aspects such as step response characteristics,maximum rudder angle following performance and system frequency response performance.The simulation results show that the fuzzy neural network further improves the control effect of the steering gear control system compared with other controllers.Mainly reflected in the following aspects,the rudder angle control command is more accurate,the tracking ability is strong,and the phase shift is small;It has a good suppression effect on the interference generated in the system,and the time for the system to return to equilibrium is relatively short;The adjustment time of the steering gear position response to the steady state is 0.05 s,and there is basically no overshoot;And there is a significant increase in the system frequency response.Finally,the fuzzy neural network controller is used to improve the stability,tracking and fast response of the servo system.
