Study Of Container Packing Problem Based On Virtual Reality

Container packing problem is a complex optimization problem,which aims to obtain the optimal scheme of loading time and space utilization under given conditions.Virtual reality technology creates immersive computer simulation system to show various behavioral details of the real world,which can provide various supports for behavioral simulation,mechanism demonstration and effect demonstration of complex problems.Based on virtual reality technology,this paper studies the optimization of container problems.Based on VR technology,it simulates the container stuffing operation,optimizes the stuffing process,and creates a visual container stuffing optimization simulation and display virtual reality platform.Firstly,the development status and development history of VR technology at foreign and abroad are analyzed in detail to accumulate and pave the way for the establishment of virtual reality platform for container packing.Secondly,the main virtual reality technology and software are introduced,and the problem model is pointed out.Next,on the basis of introducing several algorithm models suitable for the optimization of container packing,this paper introduces the optimization algorithm model based on heuristic algorithm,and applies this algorithm to the packing problem of weak heterogeneous items studied in this paper.This method has the following characteristics,(1)it avoids the limitation that the traditional algorithm is suitable for a limited number of items,and avoids the excessive expansion of time complexity when the algorithm is optimized for many items;(2)the algorithm has good flexibility for the movement or position change in the process of 3d packing.Finally,based on Unity engine,the scene interactive container loading virtual reality system is realized.The research in this paper provides an optimization solution for the container loading problem at the port,and creates a virtual reality simulation system,which provides a basic display platform for further in-depth study of the container loading optimization problem,and does not provide beneficial help for improving the circulation speed of goods at the port.
