The Financial Risk Warning Research Of LD Construction Company

Since the reform and opening up,the level of Chinese urbanization has steadily increased,which has greatly promoted the development of China’s construction industry.However,the numerous construction enterprises that have mushroomed have been mixed.In the wave of supply-side reforms,how to seize opportunities and meet challenges has become a problem that every financial manager of construction enterprises should consider.Preventing and responding to the financial risks of construction enterprises is one of the most important tasks for financial managers.In comprehensive industries where construction enterprises belong to have large-scale capital requirements,high project quality requirements,long construction period and complex and sophisticated financial data.Considerable uncertainty increases the possibility of financial risk,and effective prediction and prevention of financial risk is of great importance to construction enterprises.This thesis studies the relevant documents on financial risk at home and abroad,draws on the research experience of outstanding experts and scholars on the financial risk warning of enterprises,and takes the construction company LD as an example.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the financial risk status of the company from three aspects: the financing risk,the investment risk and the operating risk,and analyzes the causes of the financial risk from the internal and external environment of the company.Secondly,according to the characteristics of construction enterprises,combining the analytic hierarchy process with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a financial risk warning model is constructed,and 12 suitable financial risk indicators are selected.The financial risk of LD company is evaluated by means of qualitative and quantitative combination.The calculation of the financial risk level of Company LD is a moderate warning,and it is urgent to take effective measures to control the financial risk of the company.Finally,the thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve the financial risk management of LD company,and hopes to contribute to the formation of the long-term financial risk management mechanism of LD company,so that LD company can improve its ability to deal with financial risk.Under the complicated economic situation,it also provides reference for other small and medium-sized private construction enterprises to improve their own financial risk management.
