The rotor system is an important part of the wind turbine's energy conversion.Its operational stability is directly related to the safety and efficiency of the wind turbine,thus affecting the power generation and power generation quality of the wind turbine.The offshore wind power technology is constantly developing and maturing.Because the power of the wind turbine becomes larger,the tower is higher,the blades are longer,and then the operating environment of the wind turbine is more and more complicated.Therefore,the rotor imbalance caused by rotor mass imbalance and rotor aerodynamic imbalance has become a serious problem that threatens the safe operation of the wind turbine and affects the performance of the unit.Therefore,it is of practical value to study the rotor imbalance characteristics of wind turbines and fault diagnosis methods to early warning and fault diagnosis of their faults.Aiming at the problem of rotor imbalance of wind turbine,this paper analyzes the load of wind turbine under rotor imbalanced according to the knowledge of aerodynamics and structural dynamics,and the effects of rotor imbalance on power generation,rotor speed,output torque,wind turbine vibration and generator current are derived.In this paper,a 3MW wind turbine model is built in Bladed software,and the rotor imbalance is simulated and analyzed by using the wind turbine rotor imbalanced fault simulation module.The simulation analysis is divided into five groups of simulations to verify the effect of the imbalance variable on the performance of the unit.The imbalance variables include the size of the equivalent unbalanced mass,the distance of the unbalanced mass from the center of the hub,the initial position angle of the unbalanced mass,and the deviation of the single blade pitch angle.It is analyzed from the simulation results that the mass imbalance mainly causes power fluctuations,causing more serious horizontal vibration and torsional vibration of the engine room;the aerodynamic imbalance mainly causes the power generation to decrease,causing serious axial vibration of the engine room.Based on the research of regularization-based dynamic load reversal method,a method based on regularization for rotor imbalance fault diagnosis is proposed.The method for the fault diagnosis of rotor imbalance is studied and the practical analysis is carried out.The results show that the method can accurately locate the fault location and degree,and it can maintain better accuracy under the influence of noise.
