In order to further study the construction technology of the subway tunnel of the three-story large-span section of the weak stratum and the method of the super-close-range large-section subway tunnel.Based on the TA01 project of Nanjing Metro Line 1 South Extension Project,this paper studies the efficient construction organization of three-line long-span Metro Tunnel in weak strata,including project organization,project schedule and target management,tunnel construction in special sections,comparison,optimization and numerical simulation of construction schemes for three-line long-span tunnel excavation,using theoretical calculation,indoor and field tests and present situation.Combining field test with actual construction data,this paper comprehensively analyses the results of calculation,test and field test,puts forward a new construction method under complex geological conditions and special working conditions,and systematically demonstrates its practical application in the field.This project has complex structure,many types of cross-section,frequent process transformation and difficult construction technology.It can accumulate experience for the construction organization and management of similar metro tunnel projects in Nanjing and even all regions of the country.It has important theoretical and engineering significance to carry out the research of this topic.
