With the improvement of energy conservation and emission reduction and the advancement of related industry technologies,the lithium battery industry has broad prospects for development.In the battery production line,it is necessary to accurately measure the parameters that characterize the performance of the battery.Due to the large scale of production of the lithium battery production line,the complicated process,and the large amount of process data flowing between processes,the detection system should have strong data processing capability and management capability.This paper develops a single power battery detection system with online batch data processing capability,mainly researches the design of the lower machine control system,the design of the upper computer interface and the sorting method.The lower computer adopts Mitsubishi q13 udeh as the main controller,realizes the interaction with the host computer through the TCP/IP protocol,communicates with the scan code gun through the serial port,receives the photoelectric sensor signal through the I/O port,and interacts with the touch screen through the network port.To obtain the production line,drive the actuators such as cylinders and motors,drive the operation command and coordinate the execution of the corresponding actuators;on the premise of determining the overall design of the single-cell power battery performance detection system,and then proceed to the upper computer according to the requirements General design,function of each module and interface design;according to the research status of low precision of battery sorting method,a method of combining multiparameter sorting and fuzzy C-means clustering is proposed to realize the classification of single battery.The cycle life test was designed to verify the results.The randomized group,OCV and internal resistance sorting groups,multi-parameter sorting and fuzzy C-means clustering were combined into a group experiment.The experimental results show that after the 500 th cycle,after the combination of multi-parameter sorting and fuzzy C-means clustering,the battery pack can still maintain more than 90% of the health;after OCV and internal resistance sorting In the battery pack,the SOH index is lower than 90%;and the battery packs combined in a random grouping manner,after about 400 cycles,the SOH index is reduced to 80%,which proves that the classification method adopted in this paper makes the battery pack The cycle life is improved,which in turn proves that the consistency of the battery is improved.
