In 2017,President Xi Jinping proposed the fundamental policy for the development of “Green Water Mountain”.Clean energy has been rapidly developed and increased in the energy system.Electric Vehicle(EV)has been supported by government policies.Large-scale promotion,the number of supporting charging facilities for electric vehicles has also grown rapidly.As a new type of large-scale power equipment,electric vehicles have a random and complex operational characteristics that can not be ignored.Therefore,the main research directions and ideas of this paper are: According to the load characteristics analysis and layout planning of large-scale access charging stations of electric vehicles,systematically analyze and solve the problems that arise when the electric vehicles are connected to the power grid in large scale.An electric vehicle charging load model based on Monte Carlo simulation was established.Firstly,the classification of electric vehicles and electric vehicles related facilities was introduced,and the types and performances of electric vehicle batteries were analyzed.Secondly,statistical analysis is carried out on the behavior of different types of electric vehicles.Then,combined with the analysis of electric vehicle quantity and various parameters of electric vehicle,the electric vehicle charging load model based on Monte Carlo simulation is established.Finally,taking Jiaozuo City as an example,electric vehicles are connected to the power grid in summer and winter,respectively.According to Monte Carlo simulation,the maximum power and electric power of electric vehicles connected to the summer and winter heavy load days in Jiaozuo City in 2023 are predicted.The maximum power when the car's penetration rate is 50% connected to the grid.The factors affecting the power grid when the electric vehicle charging facility is connected to the power grid are studied.The evaluation method of the power grid access capability of the power grid is proposed.According to the regional distribution characteristics of the electric vehicle charging facility,based on Monte Carlo simulation prediction The distribution characteristics of the charging load are evaluated by the IEEE33 node system to determine the maximum number of electric vehicles that can be accepted in the safe and economical operating conditions.A charging facility planning and layout method based on regional charging demand is proposed.First,according to the usage rules and behavior characteristics of electric vehicles,the specific requirements of charging facilities,such as electricity demand and power demand,are predicted,and the specific implementation opinions of future urban layout charging facilities are formulated according to data analysis.Then,combined with the specific conditions of the city,comprehensively analyze the planning area,taking into account the population density of the city,the density of public facilities use,the number of electric vehicles,the characteristics of the road(whether it is crowded,whether there is planned land can be built,etc.),regional economic development Comprehensive factors such as characteristics,reasonable planning and optimization of the layout of charging facilities in various regions.
