The dynamic parameter of the sky screens vertical target is the ability to detect the dynamic change of the output signal caused by the flying projectile passing through the light screen,which is an important parameter that affect the measurement accuracy of sky screens vertical target,including light screen response time consistency and the shot rate of responsiveness.In view of the lack of corresponding calibration technology and equipment in the current calibration process of dynamic parameter,and the imperfect traceability system,the calibration technology of the dynamic parameter of the sky screens vertical target is studied.The main contents are as follows:1)The development status of the measurement technology of multi-sky-screens array and the metering method of the measuring device are studied.The advantages and disadvantages of dynamic parameter measurement method for light screen test instrument are analyzed.The factors affecting the dynamic parameter of the sky screens vertical target are analyzed from four aspects:optical system,signal processing circuit,information extraction at passing time and working environment;2)Based on the principle of sky screens vertical target,a calibration method for the consistency of light screen response time is studied.According to the projectile contour information output electrical signal with a certain interval of time,combined with the LED light source to produce a changing light signal,which is used to simulate the physical effect of the light energy change when the projectile passing through the light screen,the calibration device is designed The experimental results show that the device can calibrate the light screen response time of the sky screen vertical target;3)The calibration method of shot rate parameter is proposed and the calibration device is studied.The hardware circuit and logic circuit of the calibration device are designed.The calibration device can output multiple continuous electrical signals to control the continuous change of light source,and the shot rate is calibrated by simulated the repeating projectile passing through the light screen;4)The traceability of dynamic parameter calibration system is studied,the traceability diagram is drawn and the source of uncertainty is evaluated;5)The dynamic parameter calibration test platform is built and the dynamic parameter calibration test is completed.It has been verified by experiments that the proposed calibration methods meets the requirements and the designed calibration device can realize the dynamic parameter calibration.
