Study On Sediment Deposition Of The Waterway Of Jialing River Beibei Section To Estuary After Three Gorges Reservoir Impoundment

The Beibei to Estuary section of the Jialing River is at the end of the backwater change section of the Three Gorges Reservoir.Due to the water level uplift in the Three Gorges reservoir area,the waterway conditions are improved,and the main urban section of the Jialing River is integrated with the Yangtze River trunk shipping system,and the economic and social benefits are increasing.With the formation of the Three Gorges reservoir area,the problem of sedimentation and obstruction of some waterways in the Beibei to the estuary of the Jialing River has also emerged.Although the waterway management department has invested in the waterway dredging every year,due to repeated siltation,the water depth of the waterway is insufficient to cause obstruction.Accidents often occur.In addition,the impoundment of the Three Gorges Reservoir and the development of the regional economy have brought about the growing demand of the shipping industry in the Jialing River.The problem of sedimentation in the Jialing River waterway is more prominent.In order to find the law of sedimentation and erosion of the Beibei to Estuary waterway in Jialing River,to guide the waterway management and maintenance work,and to promote the development of shipping and regional economy,it is necessary to study the sedimentation of the Jialing River from the north to the estuary.It will comprehensively analyze the existing hydrological and mapping results.Based on the systematic analysis of the prototype observation and other necessary data in the Beibei-estuary section of the Jialing River,it studies the influence of sediment deposition on the waterway conditions of the Jialing River after the completion of the Three Gorges Reservoir.The main work is as follows:1.Analyze River morphology,water and sediment conditions,human activities,upstream and downstream reservoir dispatching mode,runoff,gradient,sediment transport characteristics and other water and sediment characteristics,the variation law of water and sediment characteristics of the study reach is obtained.2.Study the waterway and shipping situation from Beibei to estuary,analyze and summarize the influence of sediment deposition on the waterway conditions of Beibei to estuary.3.Compare the two calculation models of erosion and siltation,the terrain comparison calculation method based on the digital elevation model of triangular network(TIN)is selected.4.Obtain the general change of scouring and silting.Emphasis is laid on the analysis of the influence of sediment deposition on the waterway conditions of 10 important waterways.5.Summarize the characteristics and regularities of erosion and siltation in Beibei-estuary section of Jialing River,and finally put forward suggestions for improving the waterway conditions of Jialing River under the existing circumstances.
