| In recent years,with the gradual increase in car ownership,the problem of road traffic safety has attracted widely attention of the society.Therefore the Advanced Driver Assistance System(ADAS)system has been widely used.The Autonomous Emergency Breaking(AEB)can reduce traffic accidents by 27%,according to the research by the Insurance Institution of Highway Safety(IIHS),Therefore the AEB system has been highly valued by the governments、the third-party assessment agencies and the automobile manufacturers.Developed countries such as Europe and the United States have formulated and issued regulations on AEB systems many years ago,and the certain evaluation methods.However the relevant laws and test procedures for AEB systems in China are mostly based on foreign methods,which are not fully suitable for the real traffic conditions in China.Therefore,this paper proposes an autonomous emergency braking(AEB)system test and evaluation methods based on real traffic accident data,which are suitable for China’s national conditions.Firstly,the project expounds the principle of the AEB system,analyzes and summarizes the regulations and test methods of relevant institutions at home and abroad.Then analyzes and summarizes their test methods,test scenarios test equipments and evaluation methods.Secondly,a large number of real traffic conditions collected are classified and screened to obtain the dangerous scenes that are easy to trigger the AEB system.and then the test scenes suitable for China’s traffic environment are summarized,which are divided into the rear-end condition test scenarios(including three working conditions:the target vehicle static、the target at constant speed、the target vehicle deceleration),the intersection working condition test scene and refer to the corresponding scientific research results,the misuse conditions of the AEB system is proposed.By analyzing the weights of different conditions,the scoring distribution of each test scenario is proposed.What’s more,the scoring method of each single condition is proposed according to the deceleration effect of each condition.On the basis of this,this article brings up the evaluation methods of the various test scenarios,mainly including including the evaluation of rear-end condition,the evaluation of intersection condition and the evaluation of misuse condition.After determining the test scenarios and evaluation rules of the AEB system,the CarSim,Matlab/Simulink and Panosim are respectively used to establish the vehicle model,the scene model and the control strategy model,in order to design the simulation test of the AEB system.And then,simulate the existing control strategy.In addition,the testing equipment has been put forward in accordance with the literature in both domestic and overseas documents.At the same time,the test procedure is described in detail,and the recommendations for real vehicle test are also gave.The test and evaluation methods of the AEB system proposed in this paper supplement the further study of AEB system evaluation methods in China,which is of great significance to promote the development of AEB test and evaluation methods in China. |
