The nonlinear vibration isolation system has been extensively studied due to its excellent performance at low frequencies.In recent years,to further improve the performance of the vibration isolation system,the researchers have proposed many improvement measures.As an inertial component with anti-resonance characteristics,the inertial container has a very positive significance for improving the vibration isolation performance of the vibration isolation device,attracting a lot of attention.The main research content of this paper is to analyze the influence and function of the inertial container in the nonlinear vibration isolation system.From the linear model to the single-layer nonlinear model to the double-layer nonlinear model,the layer-by-layer depth is used,and the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the system are utilized.The transfer characteristics of the force and the influence of the nonlinear characteristics on the habitual container are explored.The main contents of this article are as follows:Based on the model of linear vibration isolator and dynamic vibration absorber,the electromechanical similarity theory and impedance admittance method are used to analyze the parallel model of the inertia container,the inertia container-spring series model,and the inertia container-damped series model.The impact of the inertial container on the vibration isolation system has been explored,which will provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of nonlinear models.Based on the conclusions in the linear model,the effects of the parallel arrangement of the inertia vessels in the single-layer nonlinear system are analyzed,and the effects of three different nonlinear parameters of spring stiffness,damping and inertial container on the vibration system are compared.As a result,the spring stiffness is the best as a nonlinear parameter.The dynamic model of HSLDS double-layer vibration isolation system with inertial container,spring and damped parallel connection is established,including four vibration isolation models of LN,NL,NN and improved model,which are harmonic balance method and average method.The linearization is solved by using the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve and the force transfer characteristic curve and analyzing the influence of the inertia container on the vibration isolation performance of the two-layer nonlinear vibration isolation system,using the bifurcation diagram,phase diagram and Poincaré section diagram.The influence of the change of inertial capacity of the inertia container on the nonlinear characteristics of the vibration isolation system is analyzed.From the results,the inertial container has a strong control effect on the bifurcation phenomenon of the two-layer nonlinear system.
