With the progress and development of science and technology,intelligent driving system has entered people's lives,and driving safety issues are also increasingly concerned by people.In all kinds of traffic accident statistics,the number of accidents caused by driver's mood occupies a large proportion,which seriously endangers people's lives and property safety.Therefore,the study of the driver's emotional changes in the driving process,timely adjustment and relief,can reduce the traffic accidents caused by the driver's operation and other factors,thus playing an effective role in protecting the driver's driving process.In this paper,aiming at the driver's emotional recognition system,various technologies and corresponding algorithms involved in driver's emotional recognition are mainly studied,and a method of adjusting the sound effect of automobile lights based on driver's emotional recognition is proposed.Specific research is as follows:(1)The driver's expression images collected by preprocessing are grayed,binarized and denoised to provide a basis for driver's expression classification.(2)Based on the research of driver's expression recognition algorithm,an improved SVM-based driver's facial expression unit classification algorithm is proposed.The key points of face are extracted to recognize AU(Action Units).Then AU is used as feature and SVM classifier is used to classify driver's expression.(3)Based on the research of data modeling process,an improved d-value-based driver's mood-light color model and driver's mood-music type model are proposed,which is different from the traditional qualitative research process and can quantitatively analyze the influence of color and music elements on driver's mood.(4)By combining the improved driver's facial expression classification algorithm with the driver's emotional modeling process,the self-made data system is used for experimental research to realize the recognition and regulation of driver's emotions.The experimental results show that the driver's emotion recognition improvement and optimization algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively recognize the driver's expression.Using the driver's psychological data model established in this paper,the driver's bad mood can be effectively suppressed and regulated actively.
