As an important part of the ship's integrated electric propulsion system,the ship alternator is an important part of the ship's energy system to generate electricity.Its operating conditions directly affect the ship's propulsion system.Therefore,it is important to simulate the operating conditions of the generator,especially the fault conditions,and then to study the fault diagnosis and positioning methods,which are important for the safe operation of the ship's power system and the safe operation of the ship.The ship generator fault diagnosis not only ensures the safe operation of the system,but also provides reference for the maintenance of the ship generator.The following research is carried out for this purpose.Based on knowledge analysis of physics and mathematics,and then establish a mathematical model of the electric propulsion system alternator.Based on Matlab software,the simulation model of the generator is built.Based on the simulation model,the operating parameters are set,the operation of the simulated alternator under various working conditions is analyzed,and the output voltage and current waveform are analyzed.Aiming at the types of faults that generators often occur in the ship's operating environment,set the parameters to establish the corresponding fault simulation model,run the output voltage and current waveforms,and extract the characteristics of various faults according to the waveform.The simulation experiment collects the three-phase output voltage waveform data of the generator in the normal state and five fault states,the three-phase output current waveform data,the excitation current waveform data of the generator,and these data are used as the operating condition analysis to diagnose the fault parameters.Based on Labview software,an electric propulsion system was established,including four sets of generator fault simulation and diagnosis platforms,which can simulate and extract the fault characteristics of each generator online.Combining BP neural network algorithm with logic judgment method,the fault diagnosis algorithm of four sets of generators is established,and the diagnostic software is compiled.The real-time diagnosis of the running status of the generator is realized.The success rate of each fault occurrence is greater than 95%.The diagnostic method proposed in this paper combines BP neural network with logical judgment method,and the diagnostic success rate is higher.The BP neural network does not recognize very well the features,and the logical judgment method solves the problem.Logical judgment requires a set of standards for each condition,and BP neural network solves the problem.The system realizes online fault diagnosis,can track and monitor the running status of the generator in real time,and can alarm in time when it fails,so as to take effective measures to provide guarantee for the safe operation of the generator.
