The pipeline system is known as the "blood vessel" in industrial production,and is an important channel for medium transmission and energy transmission.It is widely used in large power machinery.The harsh vibration environment makes the pipeline system generally have forced vibration caused by the rotating machinery,which threatens the safety of production and transportation.In this paper,a passive cantilever beam dynamic vibration absorber is designed for the low frequency characteristics of the pump piping system to suppress the vibration of the pipeline.Firstly,in this paper,the theoretical analysis of the principle of vibration absorber operation is carried out.Investigated the existing pipeline absorber type,in conjunction with the requirements of this background project,a scheme for a cantilever beam type pipe vibration absorber with continuously adjustable vibration absorption frequency is proposed.The mechanical model of the cantilever beam vibration absorber is established,and the calculation method of the natural frequency of the concentrated mass cantilever beam is theoretically derived.In addition,based on the proposed scheme,the structural parameters design of the vibration absorber is completed.Secondly,a pipeline test bench was built and a physical sample of the vibration absorber was fabricated.Through finite element simulation and experimental two ways,it is verified that the designed natural frequency of the vibration absorber is controllable and continuously adjustable.Moreover,it has good vibration absorption capability for single frequency and multi-frequency excitation in the vibration absorption band.Through analysis,it is found that the distribution position of the vibration absorber is very important for the vibration absorption capacity;and the installation in the wrong position will intensify the vibration of the pipeline;the vibration absorption of the pipeline has a great relationship with the vibration characteristics of the pipeline itself.At last,in order to obtain the vibration characteristics of the pipeline system more accurately,the load identification of the dynamic load received by the pipeline system is studied,and the magnitude,position and direction of the pipeline load are carried out by usingthe frequency response function inversion method and the minimum discriminant coefficient method.Accurate identification.
