The multi-purpose utility tunnel system can not only solve the problem of urban traffic congestion,but also greatly facilitate the maintenance and overhaul of municipal facilities such as electricity,communication,gas,water supply and drainage.In the construction of urban integrated pipe gallery,the steel sheet pile is often used for foundation pit support due to the constraints of the construction site.The commonly used construction methods include impact method,vibration method and static method.The vibration method is simple and light,and the work is simple and light.The efficiency is high,but the vibration generated by the vibrating head during the construction of the vibration sinking-pull pile will have an impact on the daily life of the surrounding residents,affecting the safety of the buildings near the construction site and the stability of the underground structure.If it is serious,it will lead to the settlement damage of the road and the ground..Therefore,studying the influence range of vibration and the transmission law of vibration wave has guiding significance for steel sheet pile construction,and it is expected to provide an accurate safety distance for subsequent engineering construction.This paper is based on the multi-purpose utility tunnel project outside the Beijing World Garden Association Park,Based on the engineering underground geological survey and the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test,the paper analyzes the vibration response of the steel sheet pile construction to the surrounding soil.The paper analyzes the basic working principle of the vibrating hammer and the construction points in the process of sinking and pulling the steel sheet pile in view of the construction technology of multi-purpose utility tunnel project outside the park.The force characteristics of the steel sheet pile during the sinking process and the propagation mode of the stress wave in the steel sheet pile are studied theoretically,and the vibration response of the surrounding soil in the vibration process of the steel sheet pile is obtained.According to the actual situation of the construction site,the test plan wasselected and the test instrument was selected.The vibration test data during the construction of the steel sheet pile was obtained through field test.According to the relevant normative standards,the influence range of the sink-pull pile construction was obtained.Using MIDAS numerical analysis software,the vibration model of steel sheet pile sinking pile and the vibration model of steel sheet pile pulling pile were established,and the variation law of vibration speed and displacement during the process of sinking pile was simulated.Combined with the field test data and numerical simulation results,the vibration impact assessment was carried out on the soil layers with complex site conditions and different depth locations,which provided guiding suggestions for production.
