Car speeding condition tire blow-out is a very dangerous working conditions,the yaw drive cars to the flat tire side,now easy to collide and rear-end accidents.If the driver in the car flat tire case for emergency braking,steering wheel operation,and easy to lead to car rolled over.Therefore,study on the control strategy for a car flat tire stability has very important practical significance.At the research of Jilin university,automobile tyre mechanical characteristics dynamic simulation laboratory test data,based on the theory of vehicle system dynamics equation,by means of CarSim dynamics simulation software,the control strategy has launched a study on the stability of car flat tire.In this paper,the research content mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Based on the tyre mechanical characteristics test data,and based on the UniTire tire model,tire blowout mechanics model is set up;(2)In the dynamics simulation software CarSim vehicle model is established,according to the model car tyre mechanical characteristics of curve,combined with the tire tire mechanical model,get the tyre puncture mechanical characteristics of discrete curves,and import it into the CarSim tire model,namely got a flat tire tire model;(3)In a straight line driving at 80 km/h modes are simulated,based on the normal road with a flat tire simulation curve comparison and analysis,the mechanics response of the tire quickened and the reasons;(4)To the driver when the car flat tire under typical working conditions such as emergency brake,turn the steering wheel in the simulation,it is concluded that the brake operation and adjustment of steering wheel operation for car flat tire yaw drive has certain direction\"correction\".So as to put forward a car flat tire stability control strategies:small Angle adjustment of steering wheel,and matches by the snub brake;(5)Car flat tire stability of the proposed control strategy on the speed of 80 km/h and 120 km/h in simulation,to modify the control strategy and perfect,and small power continuous brake,automatically adjust the steering wheel to keep straight operation method;(6)Of the speed of 80 km/h and 120 km/h small braking brake continuously,automatically adjust the working condition of the steering wheel in the simulation,through the analysis of tire force,illustrates the rationality of this method.(7)Based on the speed of 80 km/h and 120 km/h and two automatic adjustment of the steering wheel in the simulation operation curve analysis,sets up a curve of the steering wheel operation,and import it into CarSim simulation software,and then to validate the conditions of different speed.
