As a widely distributed,clean and renewable energy convension device,solar energy has become an important solution to the human energy crisis.Dye sensitized solar cell(DSSC)is a promising photovoltaic cell with relatively simple preparation process,low cost,environmental friendliness and extremely abundant raw materials.It has attracted the research of many scientists and enterprises.Conventional DSSCs use a hard material such as FTO glass as the conductive substrate,and such a conductive substrate is inflexible,complicated in manufacturing process,and fragile.With the increase of wearable devices,the new flexible substrate has become a research hotspot because of its foldable,easy to carry,low quality,etcThe traditional materials of the counter electrode of DSSC is metal platinum(Pt).Because Pt is rare and expensive,and it is easily corroded by I /I in the electrolyte.The development of new type of electrode materials with abundant reserves,low price,environmental friendliness and abundant raw materials then has become one of the current research hotspots.This thesis focuses on the investigation of novel flexible electrode based on carbon materials and metal nanowire-polymer composite substrate.Firstly,a flexible conductive substrate was prepared.Silver nanowire conductive substratehas been fabricated.Herein,the conductive layer is composed of silver nanowires and copper nanowires.Two preparation methods,i.e.spray method and drop coating method,are used to prepare the metal nanowire film.The conductivity and light transmittance of the flexible substrates with different structures were compared.The conductivity of silver nanowirebased substrate would be improved by addition of copper nanowires.The electrical resistance was reduced by up to 79%,and the light transmittance was reduced after the addition of copper nanowires.The reduction of the resistance is beneficial to the transmission of electric charge in the device.Bending test was carried out on the flexible substrate and the it is stable under multiple bending conditions.Secondly,the carbon materials,i.e.graphite and carbon black were used to prepare counter electrode,and the optoelectronic characteristics of the DSSCs were studied.Graphite and carbon black was mixed with a mass ratio of 4:1 to prepared a paste and TiO2 colloid was added into the paste to improve the film.Finally,the carbon paste was coated on FTO glass substrate,and the assembled DSSC exhibts a conversion efficiency iof 7.33%,which is close to the efficiency value of 7.7% of the conventional Pt electrode under the same conditions.Then the carbon film is made on the above lexible metal nanowire f substrate to abtain a novel flexbile conter electrode.The highest cell efficiency of 5.4% was reached,which is 70% of the ceel based on Pt counter electrode.
