With the advancement of human civilization and society,a large amount of energy has been developed and utilized,resulting in the exhaustion of fossil fuels and environmental damage.Among them,fossil fuels are formed by the decomposition of organic matter and plants that have died from nature.Renewable resources have prompted us to turn our attention to clean renewable energy,solar energy.Photovoltaic power generation technology is a hot spot in the development of new energy fields.It has risen rapidly in recent decades.The use of photovoltaic power generation technology not only saves China's non-renewable resources,but also solves the current difficult energy shortage.The scale of development of distributed photovoltaic power plants in China has been expanding year by year.Many small and medium-sized factories have built photovoltaic power stations on the roof,which not only saves land resources,but also reduces the exploitation of fossil fuels.First,the research background of this design is described in d etail.The development of photovoltaic power generation in China has been gradually developed from 2016 to the present,which means that photovoltaic power generation technology has been widely used,and traditional fossil fuels will be replaced.Secondly,according to the selected address,the resource profile of solar energy,the scale of photovoltaic power plant and the meteorological conditions of the plant area are analyzed.The total solar radiation in the location of the PV power plant is about 4577.8MJ/m2,which belongs to the third category of resources,and the building has dense loudness and sufficient sunshine in the area.According to the actual situation of the photovoltaic power station,the PV modules and inverters were selected.The PVsyst software was used to design the square dip angle according to the different inclinations of the roof,and the system efficiency and annual net amount were estimated.Finally,the electrical system was designed according to the characteristics of the constru ction of the power station.Initially it was the design of the electrical primary system,which mainly included the design of the electrical main wiring scheme,the selection of the main electrical equipment,the configuration of the reactive power compens ation scheme and the design of the power distribution equipment.When designing the electrical system,it is necessary to ensure the stability,reliability and economy of the system during operation,and the wiring method is simple and easy to operate.From an economic point of view,it is reasonable to ensure system maintenance costs while minimizing investment costs.The design of the electrical secondary system mainly includes the configuration of the protection device,the design of the DC and AC power system and the computer monitoring system.This paper reasonably carried out the design of the 6MW rooftop photovoltaic power station of Packaging Test(Shanghai)Co,Ltd,and summarized the conclusions of the overall design ideas,and also looked forward to the PV power plant project and put forward some areas that need future improvement.
