| Since the end of the last century,China’s urban construction has entered a period of rapid development. With the rapid growth of the urban population, housing, transportation and the environment are becoming more and more stressful.Industrial cities with energy-based industries are also facing the problem of “kinetic energy conversion” after energy depletion. For the above reasons, many industrial and mining enterprises have moved away from the main urban area of the city, resulting in a large number of abandoned industrial old buildings.Reasonable transformation and upgrading will not only save construction costs, protect the ecological environment, but also renew the imprint of the times and human emotions condensed in the old industrial buildings. This paper takes the planning and design of the cultural industrial park of Liu Zhuang Coal Mine in Zao Zhuang as a research opportunity, and takes the concept of “organic renewal” and “deconstruction” as the theoretical fulcrum, from the aspects of site function transformation, architectural space expression and external landscape planning. The study of the transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings creates a cultural space with “site spirit” and provides an effective reference value for other cities facing the same problems. The thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction, which expounds the background, value, method and research status of the research. The second part explains the relevant theoretical overview of the transformation of old industrial buildings, and makes sufficient theoretical preparations for the study of the transformation and reuse of old industrial buildings. The third and fourth parts of the thesis are based on the full investigation and put forward the design concept and verification plan for the renovation of the old factory area of Liuzhuang Coal Mine in Zaozhuang City. The fifth part is a summary of the full text, and puts forward the shortcomings of this study. |
