Ultra-high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors are widely used in the field of high-speed compressors due to their small size,high efficiency and high speed.The weak magnetic control method is usually used to expand the speed range,but when the weak magnetic control method is used When controlling,some changes of parameters will cause the motor speed to fluctuate.In order to effectively improve the stability of the system,this paper applies fuzzy control algorithm to realize the control of ultra-high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,the parameters of ultra-high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor are given,the mathematical model of ultra-high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor is deduced,and the mathematical model of super high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor in three coordinate systems is introduced,which is the research of the next control algorithm.Secondly,compare various weak magnetic control methods,and finally use the additional voltage feedback method to establish the simulation model of the weak magnetic control of the ultra-high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor.The position estimation method is applied to monitor the position of the rotor at low speed of the ultra-high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor.Then,in view of the problem of insufficient anti-interference in the traditional PI control strategy,the fuzzy control theory is added to establish a fuzzy PI regulator that automatically adjusts the parameters,replacing the traditional PI regulator application on the speed loop,so that the system can follow the actual The working status adjusts the PI parameters in time.The simulation model of ultra-high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor based on fuzzy PI weak magnetic control algorithm is established.The simulation results of traditional PI control strategy and fuzzy PI control strategy are compared.Finally,the hardware and software design of the ultra-high speed permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is carried out.The hardware platform includes the control part and the drive part.The software part is based on the software program design of the DSP28335 controller,and the system experiment is carried out to realize the effective control of the speed.The effectiveness of the motor control strategy was verified.
