Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has the advantages of high power density,small size,high efficiency and high power factor.In recent years,PMSM transmission systems have been widely used in industrial control,servo,automotive and aerospace industries.In this dissertation,the passivity-based control strategy is applied to the PMSM system,and the pulsed high-frequency signal injection method is used to detect the rotor position of the motor.A new PMSM control system is designed.First of all,this dissertation introduces the structure and working principle of PMSM.The principle of vector control based on coordinate transformation theory is analyzed in detail.The principle of PMSM position detection for high frequency signal injection is introduced.Detailed mathematical formula derivation of the high-frequency voltage injection method for rotation and pulse vibration is made.The advantages of high-frequency signal injection method for position detection in low speed and zero speed state of the motor are analyzed and explained.The rotating high-frequency injection method is only suitable for salient-pole motors,and the pulse-vibration high-frequency injection method is suitable for both hidden and salient-pole motors,this dissertation uses the more generic pulsed high-frequency injection method to detect the motor position.Secondly,the passivity-based control theory is analyzed in detail,and the advantages of passivity-based control strategy in system stability and robustness are analyzed and illustrated.The Port-controlled Hamiltonian System with Dissipation(PCHD)is introduced.The PCHD model of PMSM is derived.According to the controller design method of passivity-based control strategy,a PMSMpassivity-based controller based on PCHD model is designed.Again,the overall simulation of the control system designed in this dissertation is realized by MATLAB/Simulink software.The output waveform of the simulation is analyzed in detail,which verifies the rationality of the control method proposed in this dissertation.The simulation results show that the pulsed high-frequency signal injection method has higher rotor detection accuracy,and it also shows that passivity-based control has obvious advantages in stability and robustness.Finally,the DSP chip is selected as the microprocessor of the system.The hardware circuit design and system program code are written based on the core DSP chip.The system experiment platform is built on the basis of software and hardware design.Through the analysis of the experimental results,the rationality of the proposed control method is verified.
