Because of its special double salient pole structure, switched reluctance motor is widely used in mineral mining, mechanical transportation, textile industry, household electrical and other fields. But because of the flux density of the stator core are sine, nonlinear, the space vector of change, will lead to the loss of the stator core change law is different from general motors, the change rule under different load torque is also more complex, therefore, under different load on the analysis of the switched reluctance motor iron loss calculation has important research value,at the same time, the switched reluctance motor control system and the ontology of motor operation has certain influence, calculation and analysis of different control parameters on the magnetic density and loss of motor stator core is also very necessary. In this dissertation,a 5.5kW,12/8 structure switched reluctance motor is taken as the research object.Combined with the speed and current double closed-loop drive circuit,a two-dimensional transient electromagnetic field-control circuit coupling calculation model is established.Based on the electromagnetic field theory,time-step finite element is adopted.Method, calculation and analysis of stator core loss and magnetic density under different load torques and different control parameters.Through the built-in speed and current double closed-loop drive circuit, the magnetic flux and loss variation of the stator core of the switched open-resistance motor under the rated working condition are compared and analyzed, and the stator core of the switched reluctance motor is studied under multiple working conditions. The variation law of the density and the loss of different regions. At the same time, the influence of changing the control parameters on the magnetic core density and the loss of different regions of the switched reluctance motor is considered and analyzed.
