According to the current situation of society,our country is about to enter the age of aging,the elderly has a high incidence of heart disease,which in the incubation period is not easy to be detected.Electrocardiogram(ECG)can reflect the state of the heart,however the hospitals have a larger volume of ECG monitor,using more expensive price,now some of the portable ECG monitoring system whose anti-noise performs poorer and acks of the function of the detection of abnormal ECG.Currently the market urgently needs a kind of system which is easy to carry and can real-time monitoring for the heart.This paper designs a portable ECG monitoring system with remote diagnosis function.This system analyzes the characteristics of ECG signals and the requirements of system performance.The high performance microprocessor DSP is selected as the main control chip of the portable ECG monitoring system.Design hardware circuit around DSP chip,including DSP minimum system circuit,liquid crystal module circuit,communication module circuit and ECG acquisition circuit.In the process of ECG signal acquisition,it is affected by baseline drift,electromyography interference,power frequency interference and other noises,which seriously affects the later diagnosis of cardiac function.In this paper,the ECG signal is decomposed by empirical mode decomposition method,and then combined with FIR bandpass filter and wavelet threshold filter respectively to remove noise,so as to obtain relatively pure ECG signal.Then,the characteristic values of the ECG signal are extracted,and the adaptive threshold difference method is used to locate the QSR wave group.The algorithm has relatively high timeliness,in the meantime,P wave and T wave are also located.By comparing the obtained data with the characteristic values of abnormal ECG,the preliminary diagnosis results can be obtained.The ECG data and preliminary diagnosis results can be displayed on the display screen of lower computer.At the same time,the ECG data can be sent to the mobile phone terminal through the communication module.Then the real-time ECG data can be uploaded to the remote doctor diagnosis platform by the Internet.The system has the characteristics of small size,low costs and high performance,so it has certain practical application value.
