Reinforced concrete structure of the anti-corrosion is a worldwide problem,the traditional anti-corrosion coatings,organic silicone hydrophobic agent and other methods exist high cost,time-consuming and laborious,short and short defects.The applied current cathodic protection method is one of the most commonly used protection methods,but it can not realize remote monitoring and real-time data transmission.In this paper,the use of the current popular Internet of Things technology combined with the eurrent eathodie protection method to build a corrosion monitoring system,the development of a corrosion monitoring system for high-precision remote adjustable DC power supply,in the anti-corrosion project will have a significant practical significance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Construction of Corrosion Monitoring System for Reinforced Concrete Structures Based on Internet of Things Technology.The sensor terminal node collects the data of the five-electrode corrosion sensor and transmits the collected data to the terminal node.The sink nodes fuse each terminal node data and send it to the gateway through the serial port,and upload the corrored data to the cloud server through the VPN virtual network.End users can view real-time data and issue control commands to corrode sensors by running graphical clients on different platforms.2.Develop a high-precision remote adjustable DC power supply.Power supply mainly by the control module,conversion module,amplification module,wireless module and other components.Using STM32 control chip as the core of power control calculation,the system software modular design,through the main program calls to achieve different functions.PID control algorithm to f=urther improve the voltage output accuracy.The final completion of a 0-12V continuously adjustable,precision 10mV remote adjustable power supply,the power supply itself can either through the button control,can also be controlled by remote terminal,voltage and current information will be displayed in real time in the monitoring terminal interface.In summary,the research work has important engineering application value.
