The Research Of The Acquisition And Processing Method Of Traffic Information Based On Big Data

Traffic information can effectively reflect the urban traffic structure,reflect the residents' travel characteristics and describe the work of transport facilities.To get accurate,instant and comprehensive traffic information through a variety of technical means is the basic work of urban traffic planning,design and management.Big data,as new things of the Internet era,is gradually becoming new ideas and new tools for human to understand the inherent law of objective things.This thesis studies the traffic information gathering and processing,aiming at data collection and analysis,using Hadoop the big data platform as the research tool and basing on intersection traffic information collection as the practical case.First of all,this thesis acquires basic road information,time,and the effective information of vehicle identification by setting up the system of traffic information collection and analysis based on big data according to the needs of big data analysis.In the acquisition of vehicle status information,the support vector machine(SVM)image recognition algorithm is applied to realize the effective identity and information processing of license plate and vehicle recognition.Secondly,based on Hadoop the big data analysis platform,the thesis establishes a system of traffic information collection and storage based on the distributed file storage system using the technology of big data to build a system platform for the subsequent system design.Finally,a system analysis platform based on the big data of traffic information collection is set up to realize the functions of live broadcast,watch-back,the acquisition and display of effective image information,the statistical data analysis of basic traffic information and the evaluation of the operation of road intersections.And the system has been tested and validated combined with practical cases.Through these,traffic information collection and storage based on big data can be realized.This thesis preliminarily established traffic information collection system based on the technology of big data.It will provide a new technical means for urban traffic to be structured,updated and accurate and lay a foundation for the integration of subsequent traffic information technology,data mining and practice application.
