Research On Engineering Construction Technology And Quality Control Of Ancient Glazed Tile Roof

Roof is a very representative and unique part of traditional Chinese buildings,which are often called "big roof" buildings.Traditional style buildings inherit the spirit of ancient buildings in certain extent,satisfy the national psychology,and develop rapidly.Roofing construction plays an important role in the traditional style architectural engineering.In external,roof reflects the style feature of traditional architecture;in internal,it covers and protects the components inside to guarantee safety.Glazed tile roof was a traditional form for thousands of years in China,widely used on the roofs of important buildings due to its gorgeous elegance.Taking the new outpatient service building of Beijing Guang'anmen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as an example,this paper makes a research on the antique glazed tile roof engineering construction technology and quality control.This paper makes detailed statement and analysis on the technological and operational processes of antique glazed tile roof engineering;elaborates respectively the content,measures and inspection criteria of quality control;points out the potential quality deficiencies and proposes countermeasures.Hope to provide some references for the similar constructions in the future.In addition,this project adopted the advanced electric heat tracing technology to solve the problem of icicles fall,which was a positive attempt.This paper draws a conclusion and makes outlook in the end.The excellent construction technology and high construction quality are the key points of archaize project.To combine the excellent traditional building technique with modern new materials,to build traditional style buildings which both follow the traditional rules and satisfy modern needs,it is worthy of our effort.
